StoneBridge designs, funds, and installs rooftop and ground-mount solar systems sized for the energy demands of large industrial and logistics facilities — typically 5 to 25 MW per site.

Sized for industrial loads — Industrial facilities consume significantly more electricity than commercial or residential properties. StoneBridge sizes every system to the actual load profile of the facility — not a generic template.
Zero capital, zero complexity — StoneBridge funds the full installation. Property owners and tenants do not contribute capital, manage contractors, or obtain permits. We handle every aspect from structural assessment through to grid connection.
Long-term ownership and operations — StoneBridge owns and operates the solar infrastructure for the life of the asset — typically 25 to 30 years. Ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and performance management are included.
Verified Scope 2 reductions — On-site generation displaces grid electricity and produces verifiable Scope 2 emissions reductions for tenants — supporting corporate sustainability commitments and ESG reporting requirements.

Co-located battery storage extends the value of on-site solar, provides backup capacity during grid disruptions, and gives facilities the energy flexibility to manage peak demand and support time-sensitive operations.

Designed for fleet-scale charging — StoneBridge deploys Level 2 and DC fast charging infrastructure sized for the charging demands of commercial and logistics fleets — not consumer-grade installations.
Integrated with on-site generation and storage — EV charging is co-ordinated with solar generation and battery storage to minimise grid draw, reduce demand charges, and maximise the use of on-site clean electricity for fleet charging.
No capital required — As with all StoneBridge infrastructure, EV charging is funded, installed, and operated by StoneBridge. Property owners and tenants do not contribute capital or manage the installation.
